This agreement on the terms and conditions of use of the shop determines the relationships between you as a customer and company Phranesis Vinum Ltd. as a seller.

Customers can be legal and natural persons from the all countries of the world.

In the case of trade between the entities (goods for resale) the buyer must have all legal requirements for buying and selling goods.

Company Phranesis Vinum d.o.o. is committed to protecting customer privacy and preservation of confidentiality of their identity. Company Phranesis Vinum d.o.o. committed to delivering according to customer inquiries by the shop system and the information that buyer stated in its account.

We prohibit any attempt of illegal activity on our business system and attempts at spoofing data, and note that any such attempt will be forwarded to the relevant institutions.
